Cancellation of reservations
If you wish to cancel a reservation, you must contact us by email or telephone.
For cancellations made until 12:00 at the day before arrival, no extra charge will be charged. Cancellation of the reservation after this deadline or the non-presentation at the accommodation without prior notice will result in a cancellation fee / no-show, representing the value of the first night of accommodation.

As payment methods we accept cash payments, with credit / debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro), as well as by bank transfer.
Arrival and departure
Accommodation in the room can be done starting at 14:00. The room will be released on the day of departure until 12:00. Receiving the room earlier, but also delivering it later than the hours mentioned above, is possible upon request, depending on availability, and any additional costs for these services are available at the reception. Guests who leave the rooms until 12:00 can leave luggage in the luggage room for a period of 24 hours, at no additional cost.
